This next Monday 17th join us from 1:00pm to 2:00 pm at the Textile studio for an artist talk with Jeremy Noonan.
Jeremy is the current associate professor & section head of fiber design at the college of creative studies in Detroit as well as a design consultant for textiles and materials under the name noonanstudio.
“Originally from Metro Detroit, Jeremy received his BFA in Crafts from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan and MFA in Fiber from Cranbrook Academy of Art in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. He is inspired by the philosophies rooted in Arts and Crafts, Modernism, and Folk Art. Travel, photography, music, architecture, graphic design, technology, and traditional art practices are also influencing his creative point of view.”
